Master of Library Science - Capstone Portfolio
Welcome! Among these pages you will find artifacts demonstrating core competencies, outcomes and professional values acquired through my study and coursework in the Master of Library Science degree program at Emporia State University.
The School of Library and Information Management at Emporia State University is an ALA accredited Masters of Library Science degree program which identifies eight essential outcomes and five professional values to represent the preparedness of its graduates to be “creative problem solvers who will provide proactive client-centered services in information agencies” (ESU, 2009).
This portfolio outlines how these outcomes and professional values developed throughout the coursework of my program. Artifacts demonstrating each outcome and professional value are presented and describe how I see these evidenced in my work.
